1Who we are
The operator of this website is GROMA S.R.L., with its registered office in Timișoara, Timiș county, Romania, Strada Mircea Dimitrie Rațiu, Nr. 5, Camera 1, Ap. 2, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2026035922005, tax ID (CUI) 54804217. For anything concerning your data: contact@groma.ro. A human answers, not a system.
2No cookies, by default.
By default, this website sets no cookies and loads no third-party resources: fonts, images and styles are served from our own domain. The only exception is yours to decide: on your first visit, a discreet banner asks whether you accept visit measurement via Google Analytics. If you decline or ignore the question, nothing changes — the site works identically and your browser contacts no third party. Your choice is remembered locally, in your browser, not with us.
You can change your choice at any time: reopen the consent banner.
3What we process
- Correspondence. If you write to contact@groma.ro, we process what you send us: your e-mail address, your name (if you sign it) and the content of your message. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship justifies it.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) generates standard server logs — IP address, request time, page requested — needed for operation and security, retained short-term. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Google Analytics — only with your consent. If you press "Accept" in the banner, we activate Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. Google then sets measurement cookies (the "_ga" prefix, kept up to 13 months) and processes your IP address. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time via the link above.
- Aggregate statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless system that builds no profiles, does not track visitors across sites, and stores no persistent identifiers. We see aggregate numbers (visits, pages, countries), not people. On the download pages we also count presses of a download button, with the file name.
4Who we entrust it to
Two processors, both under contractual data-protection clauses: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and aggregate analytics) and Google Ireland Ltd. (e-mail service for correspondence — Google Workspace — and, only with your consent, Google Analytics). We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to anyone else. We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
5Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Write to contact@groma.ro and we will sort it out. If you consider we have not, you may address the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
6Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date in the header. We will not make it less protective without a reason we can explain in writing, here.
