The operator of this website is GROMA S.R.L., with its registered office in Timișoara, Timiș county, Romania, Strada Mircea Dimitrie Rațiu, Nr. 5, Camera 1, Ap. 2, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2026035922005, tax ID (CUI) 54804217. For anything concerning your data: contact@groma.ro. A human answers, not a system.

This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Every resource on the page — fonts, images, styles — is served from our own domain; your browser is not sent to any third party.
3What we process
- Correspondence. If you write to contact@groma.ro, we process what you send us: your e-mail address, your name (if you sign it) and the content of your message. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship justifies it.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) generates standard server logs — IP address, request time, page requested — needed for operation and security, retained short-term. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Aggregate statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless system that builds no profiles, does not track visitors across sites, and stores no persistent identifiers. We see aggregate numbers (visits, pages, countries), not people.
4Who we entrust it to
Two processors, both under contractual data-protection clauses: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and aggregate analytics) and Google Ireland Ltd. (e-mail service for correspondence, Google Workspace). We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to anyone else. We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
5Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Write to contact@groma.ro and we will sort it out. If you consider we have not, you may address the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
6Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date in the header. We will not make it less protective without a reason we can explain in writing, here.
